The QR code on these templates sends the voter to precinctportal.org where they can optionally pre-register for caucus. They will receive an email with new QR code that you will scan with the Red Caucus web app when they arrive on March 17.

How to edit the templates

Manual option: You can print one of the flyers you want to use and hand write in all of the empty fields. Then make copies. If you want to digitally edit a template in Google Docs before printing, follow these instructions:
  1. Open one of the files above.
  2. Click “File” in the top left corner.
  3. Then click “Make a copy” as shown in the first screenshot below.
  4. Rename the file if you want to, or leave it as-is (it will say it’s a copy of the original).
  5. Click the blue “Make a copy” button as shown in the second screenshot below.

  1. Double click on one of the areas on the page. Click edit as shown in the first screenshot below. You’ll need to do this with every area you want to edit on the page.
  2. Click into the areas where you want to add your precinct number and location as shown in the second screenshot below. Type in your information. Click Save and Close.
You’ll have to do this separately for each Contact info section on the page as well.

  1. Once all areas are edited, print as many copies as you want and cut out each flyer.
